2023年5月20日（土）よりビジネスコンテスト『LEVEL UP STAGE 2023』チャレンジャーを募集。
約5カ月間にわたり、70名以上の審査を終え、ついにファイナリスト12名が決定いたしました✨
いよいよ、2023年12月12日（火）最終審査会にてAGORAブロック・グランプリが決定します。
本日はLEVEL UP STAGE 2023、通称”レべステ2023”に残った

■今回のビジネスアイデアをひとことで表すと、、？
学びながら実務体験ができる！
ママのためのオンラインIT学習ラボ「MOMIT（マミット）」
■ビジネスアイデアを思いついたきっかけは？
MOMITは「パソコンがあれば大丈夫な自分になる」をコンセプトとした、
ママ向けオンラインIT学習コミュニティです。
マンツーマンレッスン・オーダーメイドカリキュラムで
一人ひとりのママにフィットする多様な学びを支援します。
子育て中ママの「働くためのITスキル」だけではなく
「趣味として楽しむITスキル」「生活を便利にするためのITスキル」の習得もサポートし、
ITを活用することによるママの暮らしの広がりを応援します。
一般的なITスクールでは卒業後初めて実務にチャレンジすることが多いですが、
MOMITでは学びながら実案件に挑戦できる環境を提供し、
ママの転職や独立・副業等へのチャレンジの足掛かりを提供します。
これまで個人で取り組んできた講師活動では、参加者の皆さんから
「分かりやすい！」「楽しい！」「もっと学びたい！」と
感想をいただきました。それらのエッセンスをMOMITに惜しみなく取り入れていきます！
■ズバリ見どころは？
10年間のITエンジニア経験を経て、IT教育に携わって6年近くになります。
法人や自治体主催のIT講座で講師を務めることも多く、
その受講生の中には子育て中のママさんもたくさんいます。
皆さんが
「子育てしながらの仕事復帰が難しい」
「仕事に活かせるスキルがない」
「何から始めていいかわからない」
など、様々な悩みを抱えて講座に参加されています。
講座ではそんなママさんたちにWeb素材やWebサイトの制作方法を
ハンズオン形式でお伝えするのですが、
ちょっと教えただけでどんどん作れるようになります。
そんな姿を見る度
「スキルがないというのは思い込みで、知る機会・チャレンジする機会がないだけなのでは？」
と感じてきました。そこで、チャレンジしたいママがいつでもどこでも学び始められる環境を作りたいと思ったのが、
今回の事業を立ち上げたきっかけです。
■ビジネスアイデアについて悩んでいる・行き詰っていることはありますか？
①一人体制であること
現状代表の川西一人で取り組んでいるため、すべて自分で対応する必要があります。
個人で受けている案件にリソースを割いている状況で、
本事業にフルコミットできないことに苦戦しています。
②継続的な案件獲得
受講生に実案件での実践環境を提供するため、企業からの継続的な案件獲得が必要です。
営業活動や仕組みづくりを検討する必要があります。
■意気込みをお願いします！
私自身一児の母ですが、ある程度フレキシブルな働き方が実現できていると感じています。
ママがスキルアップしてキャリアを積んでいくことによって、家庭内だけでなく、
企業や組織にとってもイノベーションの促進や生産性の向上など、
ポジティブな影響があるはずです。
まずはその一歩として、MOMITがママたちに「ITって面白い！」と感じてもらえるような
